To avoid inevitable shipping delays, place your order early, especially if you have a hair appointment, deadline or other engagement. Our company will not be responsible for late shipment delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or extreme weather conditions. Holidays are not classed as business days. Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incorrect or incomplete address is usually the main cause of shipping delays. To avoid that happening, make sure the address you provide is complete and accurate. That will ensure the item(s) you place being delivered to the correct address.
